Every order is packed fresh, not pulled from a shelf - most are dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. Once it's handed to our courier partner you'll get a tracking link by email.
Because everything we sell is food, we can't accept returns or exchanges once a package has been opened - that's a food-safety line we won't cross, even for unwanted gifts.
That said, if something on our end went wrong - the bag arrived damaged, the seal was broken in transit, the wrong product was sent, or the quality genuinely isn't what we promised - we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
